Ben Baldwin founded Dreamboat Management in 2008 following several years of running Bristol-based Dreamboat Records and being UK representative for US based labels Absolutely Kosher, Mistra and Hometapes. In addition to artist management, Ben is also managing director of Spacebomb Group, a mixed production, record label and publishing company which is distributed by Fat Possum in the US, Caroline International in Europe and has a publishing partnership with Domino Publishing.
Ben played professional Basketball for UK-based Plymouth Raiders and studied Environmental Science at university.

Dean Christesen is a partner and manager at Dreamboat Management, having joined founder Ben Baldwin in 2014. In 2010, Dean helped establish Spacebomb Records in Richmond, Virginia, while studying music performance for jazz drums at Virginia Commonwealth University. He lived in Chicago, Illinois, from 2011-2015, earning a master's degree in arts management from Columbia College and working in tour marketing at boutique booking agency the Billions Corporation. In addition to his responsibilities at Dreamboat, Dean serves as Head of Marketing and Label Manager at Spacebomb Group.

Alex Mejias has been involved in the music industry since 2004. Before becoming an attorney and artist manager, Alex was a touring musician and singer-songwriter. Prior to joining Dreamboat, Alex managed the indie folk-duo Lowland Hum, helping them achieve critical acclaim and tour nationally. Alex lives in Richmond, VA with his wife and children.

Nick Helderman first stepped into the role of tour manager in 2015 for Braids, craving a more hands-on relationship with music than he was getting through his photography work. His photography continues to be highly sought after, having worked work with Secretly Canadian, Heavenly Recordings, Hometapes, Pitchfork, End Of The Road Festival, Sony Music, Warner Music, and more, and he was nominated for best European music photographer in 2010.
